Everything was brand-new, nice staff, magnificent location really close to the pub down stairs and music, the center of the town and centre of Dawlish & beach. The room was perfect, neat, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The food was excellent and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu. I truly enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone.
